By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then you are not authorised to use this website. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
How to Order
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shopping pages, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the Shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Proceed to check out. If you wish to pay by credit card, we use Paypal to process your card payment. All goods are paid for upfront and not released until payment is cleared.
We sell in GBP Pounds Sterling and all prices are displayed in this currency.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it and we have notified you that we accept your cancellation.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
- The identification of a pricing or product description error
Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
i-sawcuriosityshop.com can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website or by post. I-Saw uses Pay Pal as our authorized online retailer. All payments including shipping and handling can be made through Pay Pal. Shipping charges are included within the price of goods unless otherwise stated.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card will be securely processed using Paypal.
Shipping And Handling
All orders over the value of £50 will be shipped to you via Special Delivery, International Registered or Data post and will require a signature on delivery. We aim to ship goods to you within 5 business days of receiving your order. Every order shipped will have a unique reference code that can be used to track the parcel. Orders under £50 will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail, or Air Mail Standard.
Delivery Schedule
i-sawcuriosityshop.com aims to deal with your order promptly. Orders will be dispatched within 5 business days. Please allow 5-10 days to receive your order in the UK. International orders are generally received in 10-15 days. Working days are Monday to Friday. However, there may be circumstances beyond i-sawcuriosityshop.com’s control which cause delay and in such circumstances i-sawcuriosityshop.com will endeavour to deliver the goods with 7 days of the date the order was made.
I-Saw is not responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched, both within the UK and when being posted to overseas locations.
Overseas Delivery
I-saw is not responsible for customs, duty or brokerage fees on overseas orders. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Back Orders
We do not allow back orders. Some of our stock is limited edition or one-off, so we are unable to accept back orders. If an item has sold out and you wish to find out if the item will be available again, please email us at mail@i-sawcuriosityshop.com
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Prices
All prices are correct at the time of entering the relevant information. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice but this will not affect any confirmed orders. Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.

i-sawcuriosityshop.com is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury i-sawcuriosity shop.com's liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. i-sawcuriosityshop.com shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if i-sawcuriosityshop.com has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.
Availability of the Website and Goods
i-sawcuriosityshop.com will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by i-saw curiosityshop.com. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.
I-Saw reserves the rights generally in relation to any abuse of these terms and conditions.
Returns and Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges for all items within 7 days of the shipping date. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or exchange.
If you do have to return any item to please EMAIL US FIRST to obtain your return reference number. When returning an item please enclose your details including your RETURN REFERENCE AND ORDER NUMBER. Returns or exchanges made without prior notification may not be processed.
The i-sawcuriosityshop.com Store cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. In the event of a fault the goods may be returned to the manufacturer. If you do have to return any item to us we would ensure that you use a track-able system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. I-Saw will not accept liability for any items lost on their way back to us without proof of delivery.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Treun shipping charges are non-refundable and full responsibility of customer.i-sawcuriosityshop.com is happy to exchange, offer store credit or refund mail/web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 7 days (21 on international orders) in a saleable unused condition with all swing tags attached. Sorry, no refunds on non-clothing items.

i-sawcuriosityshop.com will be processing the customers e-mail address, delivery address and contact telephone number for the purposes of performing the order you place with us. We will not pass on your personal data to any third parties. You have the right to access and/or correct your personal data at anytime. As a matter of good practice, we do not share any personal information with anyone and we do not sell it to others.
Right to alter Terms and Conditions

Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using the website you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Disclaimer for Sneakers and Customisation
Payment for work and shipping is made via Paypal, or personal cheque, as agreed through email correspondence, once work is complete. Items will be dispatched once payment is recieved, all other previously stated Terms and Conditions apply. Other, non footwear related, customisation services also follow the same Terms and Conditions as stated above and below.
The Sneakouture™ Customisation Service is available on an individual commission, or multiple order basis (no job is too big, or too small). In the instance of multiple orders, prices and leadtimes will be negotiated according to the size of the job. Prices stated are excluding trainers, where trainers/sneakers are not supplied a deposit must be paid up front to cover the cost (generally at retail) of the item, this may also include shipping, where necessary. The pricing categories are also approximate, as a bespoke service each pair will be individually priced within one of the price tiers. Where a personal design request is made, in addition to, or instead of one of the I-Saw designs then this will incurr an additional design cost and generally an extended lead time. Our customers recognise that we are at the high end of those offering these types of services and our prices reflect this. As does our professional clientelle, having done customisation commission projects for Nike, RBK, Alife and Timberland Boot Company. We believe that the quality, originality and handcrafted skill of our work speaks for itself!
When footwear is provided turnaround time is approximately 1 week minimum, this will be subject to variation depending on the complexity of the job and the worklode at the particular time. If footwear is not provided then the lead time will also be negotiated to include locating the particular model.
All Sneakouture™techniques are permanent and stain/weather proofed but moderate and sensible wear is advisable to maintain the full glory of these 'works of art'. Some of the hand drawn customisation may be subject to some small degree of fading, given excessive wearing, or over cleaning over an extended period. Engraviti™ engraved leather areas are vulnerable to careless wear and although spray protected immediately after finishing the same rules apply as to the caution and considerate wear and care that you would extend to lightly colour suede or nubuck trainers.
All Sneakouture™ techniques are 100% freehand and hand done, even where the same artworks are used within a limited edition series, each pair will be unique due to the variations in the sizing and placement of applications.
